Our Quality Control Process
For all processes we assign an individual
with adequate experience and knowledge (typically someone
at the Team Leader level or higher in the organizational hierarchy)
as the Quality Analysts for the process. No output of the
team is sent to the customer without approval of the Quality
Analysts. All Quality Analysts are empowered to implement
process enhancements that will minimize defects and enhance
productivity. They also play the role of mentors, working
together with the process associates to eliminate any knowledge
gaps.
Continuous Skill Enhancement
From our experience of executing Data Management
projects since August 2004, we understand that no two projects
are exactly the same. Even in two similar projects there can
be scope for much variation in the expected outputs or the
process to be used. To proactively address this challenge
all associates assigned to new projects are put through rigorous
skill enhancement programs that equips them to produce work
