2. Understanding Client Requirements
• Scope of Project • Quantum of Work
• Timelines Involved • Resource Planning
As far as the transition
of data management processes from clients to InteGlo is concerned,
we believe that this is the key phase. Once we get an inquiry,
our sales team will interact with the clients to understand
the scope of the project. We will also understand the amount
of work involved and match it with the required manpower and
other resources.

Processing of
Free Sample
1.
Free Processing of Initial Sample
2.
Client Validation
• Quality of Processed Sample
• Process Used
Next, we process the initial sample at no
cost to the client. This facilitates the assessment of our
quality work. We implement any changes that are recommended
by our clients to ensure the work of the highest quality.
2. Signoff – Service
Contract & Non Disclosure Agreement
During the third phase of
the transition we submit a detailed proposal to the client,
which covers all aspects of the project. We also draft the
SOP (the Standard Operating Procedure) of the process, which
is the basis on which the team assigned to the process executes
the work. The process is ready for execution once we enter
into the service contract and the non disclosure agreement
with out clients.

Execution &
Delivery
1. Process
Execution
2. Periodic Reporting
3. Skill Upgradation
Before we start the execution
and delivery phase we conduct in-house new process orientation
program that ensures that the whole team is apprised of the
process deliverables and quality parameters. The in-house
Quality Control (QC) teams assigned to the process works on
continuously improving the process and make it more efficient.
Once the process is transitioned, we continue to provide the
client regular reports to ensure efficient delivery. We also
conduct skill enhancement programs for the team as and when
required.
